Election Committee
At the General Meeting held on 7 May 2009, Inmeta ASA decided to establish an election committee (and elected one on a proposal from the Board). The committee consists of two members, and the General Meeting elects the chairman from among these two.
Committee members are elected for up to two years at a time.
The tasks of the committee are to promote justified proposals to the General Meeting concerning the election of members of the Board chosen by the shareholders. Suggestions and input can be addressed to the election committee. The committee makes the relevant preparations to allow the General Meeting to vote for the candidates in question.
The election committee also presents proposals concerning the election of the Chairman of the Board.
