Paal S. Raaholt

Paal S. Raaholt has a degree in market economics from Norges Markedshøyskole (the Norwegian College of Marketing). He has been involved in the establishment of a number of businesses from 1988 onwards. He currently holds Board positions and appreciable ownership stakes in these companies. Paal S. Raaholt is one of the founders of Inmeta and, through the wholly owned PR Invest, owns 3,537,736 shares in the company.

Øystein Moan, Group President of Visma ASA

Øystein Moan is Group President of Visma ASA and has an MSc from Oslo University, where he specialised in Computer Studies. Øystein Moan was formerly the founder and CEO of Cinet AS, and has been the Managing Director of the Visma Group since October 1997. He currently holds Board positions and appreciable ownership stakes in these companies. Øystein Moan holds (including V-Invest I AS) 120,000 shares in the company.

Charlotte Amlé

Charlotte Amlé currently works as an independent advisor in the fields of strategy and finance. During the period 2003–2009, Amlé was Director of Institutional Clients at Fokus Bank. She has extensive senior management experience from DnBNOR, where she held positions in Markets, Group Customers and Investor Relations. Amlé has a degree in social economics and political science from Stockholm University. She is an authorised stockbroker and has completed three Master’s Programmes at BI (the Norwegian School of Management), focusing on finance, investment theory and relationship management.
